INSTALLATION OF BATTERY PACK IN HANDSET The Handset of your VT 9162 is powered by a rechargeable battery pack. It charges automati- cally whenever the Handset is in the Base Unit. The battery pack needs charging when: • The low battery icon and message are displayed: • A double beep will be generated every 5 seconds.
