Slots Seat Hubcap 21 � Align the tabs on a hubcap with the slots in a rear wheel. “Snap” a hubcap into the center of the rear wheel. Hint: If the hubcap does not "snap" into place, you may not have assembled the wire clip properly. Remove the wire clip and refer back to step 18.
