7. Click on your TCP/IP protocol then click on < properties >. Under < Specify an IP address > enter the correct IP address and Subnet mask. Then restart your Network connection. 9. If your network is not connected to the Internet, you can use crosslink cable (RJ-45) that comes within the package. Connect RJ45 cable between your computer and IP Camera WCAM71. Sometimes the condition of network is bad, and the image is not complete. The browser only shows complete image. Q: Sometimes the Network setting doesn’t work.
