DASH DISASSEMBLY 99-7952 2005-2007 SUZUKI AERIO A 1 Disconnect the negative battery terminal to prevent an accidental short circuit. 2 Unclip and remove the trim panels from both sides of radio/climate controls. KIT ASSEMBLY 99-7952 DIN HEAD UNIT PROVISION Cut and remove the center bar in A 1 the DIN opening of the 99-7952 Radio Housing. Secure the 99-7952 radio housing to 2 the factory radio trim panel using the factory hardware. 3 Slide the DIN cage into the Radio Housing and secure by bending the metal locking tabs down. (Figure A) B 4 Slide the aftermarket head unit into the cage and secure. (Figure B) 2

99-7952 KIT ASSEMBLY ISO DIN HEAD UNIT PROVISION A Cut and remove the center bar in 1 the DIN opening of the 99-7952 Radio Housing. 2 Secure the 99-7952 radio housing to the factory radio trim panel using the factory hardware. 3 Mount the ISO Brackets to the head B unit with the screws supplied with the unit. (Figure A) 4 Slide the head unit into the radio opening until the side clips engage. (Figure B) Snap the Trim plate into the Radio 5 Housing. (Figure B) 3

KIT ASSEMBLY 99-7952 FINAL ASSEMBLY Locate the factory wiring harness in the dash and make the connection as shown. 1 Metra recomends using the proper mating adapter and making the connections as shown. (Isolate and individually tape off the ends of any unused wires to prevent electrical short circuit.)
