2.1. SYNCHRONIZING THE COUNTDOWN TIMER Suunto M3 allows you to synchronize the timer to the official countdown even after the countdown has started. This is very useful if you are distracted when the official 5 minute signal is given, causing a delay in starting the timer in Suunto M3.
