Step Three Slide the cover over the seat bottom with the opening in the side of the cover over the seat back release lever. Release the seat back and tilt the seat forward. Unhook the security cord and thread it through the end of the flap. Hook the ends of Tuck Fabric behind Mechanism Cover the cord together. If necessary for a smooth fit, tighten the cord by tying a knot and tuck in any loose fabric. Unhook Security Cord and Thread through Flap - Reattach Security Cord around and Cord length
