Operation 1. To light the Propane Torch, turn the Hand Wheel (9) counterclockwise to the Torch’s “ON” position. Turn the Small Hand Wheel (24) clockwise to the Torch’s “OFF” position. Insert the lit end of a long handled, fireplace/barbecue grill lighter (not included) into end of the Tip at the end of the Torch.
