Cover Knob Assembly: 1. Position the disc and cover knob on the topside of the cover aligning the hole in the disc and cover knob with the hole in the cover. 2. CLEANING YOUR HEALTH GRILL 1. After using the grill, allow it to cool completely before cleaning. 2. Remove the heat control. Lift the grill out of the base using the handles. Carefully lift the drip pan out of the base. Dispose of any liquid in the drip pan. 3. Wash the base, drip pan, cover, and grill in warm, soapy water using a non-metal cleaning pad. Do not use metal scouring pads or harsh scouring powders. A soft bristled brush may be used to clean the underside of the grill.
