REMOTE CONTROL FUNCTIONS 1. POWER ON/OFF Press this button to turn on the TV. The channel number or current video source will be displayed on screen, and the picture will appear in a few seconds. CHANNEL TUNING SET UP In addition to normal broadcast reception of VHF and UHF channels, if you are a Cable TV subscriber, your new VE500A is capable of receiving many unscrambled Cable channels without the use of a converter box.
