TACH MODE & TACH FINDER FEATURE Tach Reference Mode provides reliable remote starting performance though engine speed sensing. When using Tach Reference Mode, the WHITE/RED wire is used for Tach signal [Engine RPM] input. Most modern engines include various points where the Engine Speed [Tach] or A/C signal may be obtained. TIMED CRANK MODE As an alternative to Tach or Tachless mode, “Timed Crank” provides an additional method of starting the vehicle without locating an exact tach wire.
