OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS NOTE: All parts below refer to the parts listed and shown on pages 8 and 9 of this manual. 1. CAUTION: Do not attempt to move the Cement Mixer when it is full and/or in operation. 2. Place the Cement Mixer on a solid, flat, and level surface that is capable of sup- porting the weight of the mixer and it’s load. 3. 9. To discharge the cement mix, grasp the Hand Wheel (51) firmly with one hand and release the Brake Handle (60). Then, slowly turn the Hand Wheel counter- clockwise to empty the Drum (4). CAUTION: To prevent accidental discharge of the cement mix, do not release the Brake Handle without holding the Hand Wheel firmly.
