Charging the Internal Battery Your unit comes with an internal lithium ion battery for portable operation. As noted above, the internal battery charges when the unit is connected to AC power. A battery status indicator is located to the right of the clock display. When the indicator is low and flashing, you will need to connect the unit to AC power to recharge the battery.
