Assembling Your Blender Before assembling your blender wash all loose parts in warm soapy water, rinse thoroughly and dry. Crushing Ice 1. Fill blender jar with approximately 2-cups of water. Add desired amount of ice cubes. 2. Cover the jar with the jar cover and insert the cover centerpiece. 3. When crushing ice, hold blender stable with the palm of your hand over the complete cover. Turn speed control to PULSE for 1 second and release. Pause for approximately 2-sconds and repeat the 1-second PULSING until ice is crushed to desired consistency. 4. Drain off any excess water. HINT: approximately 12

Helpful Hints • Put liquids into the blender first unless recipes call for an alternate blending sequence. • Allow soup mixtures and cooked ingredients to cool before pouring into jar for blending. • Do not allow the motor to stall. If necessary, turn off and unplug from electrical outlet immediately. Pour half of the contents out of the jar before resuming processing.
