If you have a PC running Windows®, and the player is not recognized by your computer, make sure you have Windows Media™ Player version 10 or higher installed. You can also change the USB Mode to MSC (“Mass Storage Class”) mode by going to “Settings”, selecting “USB Mode”, and then selecting “MSC”. See Settings in Chapter 8 for more details.
