Introduction This GSM Upgrade Kit allows you to upgrade the software in your Palm V™ Modem or IBM® WorkPad® c3 Modem. Upgrading your modem software enables you to connect your Palm V organizer or IBM WorkPad c3 to certain makes and models of digital GSM telephones. System requirements To upgrade the software on your modem, the following components are needed: ■ Palm V or IBM WorkPad c3 organizer. ■ Microsoft® Windows 95®, Windows 98®, Windows NT®. If you have a Palm V organizer, you can also use an Apple Macintosh™ with operating system 7.5.3 or later. ■ Palm Desktop 3.0 or later for Microsoft Windows.
