With your NEC MobilePro, you can edit, create, send, and receive documents including text, spreadsheets, presentations, and e-mail, manage your schedule and contacts, access the Internet with the internal modem, and synchronize data with your host PC. Before using the system for the first time, charge the MobilePro continuously for 6 to10 hours to fully charge the main battery. Allow the 6 to10 hours to pass even if the indicator light changes from amber to green before the 6 to10 hours have passed. If you power off, then quickly power on the MobilePro, your system might erroneously report the presence of CompactFlash cards. In addition, repeatedly powering off and quickly powering on can cause data loss. NEC Solutions America recommends that you wait ten seconds after powering off before powering on the MobilePro.
