Step Connect End Rail Clamps, 20" Tubing and Elbows 1. Gather 4 end rail clamps, 2 - 20" tubes, 2 elbows, 2 1 carriage bolts and 2 nuts. 2. Insert 1 elbow into 1 - 20" tube. 3. Beginning on the gate panel side, attach 2 end rail clamps to top frame of the kennel panel. Position end rail clamps in the center of the gate panel. 4.
