Installation Preparation Prepare Unit Remove all packaging material and discard. Tip: Place the range on a piece of the cardboard to protect floors. Remove drawer and set aside. 1. Installation Gas Requirements Make certain that gas shutoff valve and all burner controls are in the _k_ cauti°n: OFF position before beginning. Shut off main gas supply valve before disconnecting the old range and leave it off until the new hook-up has been completed. Don't forget to relight the pilot on other gas appliances when you turn the gas back on.
