PUK codes The personal unblocking key (PUK) code and the universal personal unblocking key (UPUK) code (eight digits) is required to change a blocked PIN code and UPIN code, respectively. 2. Get started ■ SIM card and battery installation Keep all SIM cards out of the reach of small children. For availability and information on using SIM card services, contact your SIM card vendor.
