4. Attach the weight bracket to the tray using a 3/8" x 1" 9. Attach the four axle support brackets to the tray using bolt (H) and 3/8" nylock nut (I). Do not tighten yet. See eight 3/8" x 1" hex bolts (H) and 3/8" nylock nuts (I). Do figure 4. not tighten yet! See figure 6. 5. Assemble the straps to the holes in the weight bracket and the tray that are aligned. Use two 1/2" x 2-1/4" bolts 6 (B), .75" spacers (O) and 1/2" nylock nuts (J). Do not AXLE tighten yet. See figure 4. H SUPPOR
