4. Attach the weight bracket to the tray using a 3/8" x 1" 9. Attach the four axle support brackets to the tray using bolt (H) and 3/8" nylock nut (I). Do not tighten yet. See eight 3/8" x 1" hex bolts (H) and 3/8" nylock nuts (I). Do figure 4. not tighten yet! See figure 6. 5. Assemble the straps to the holes in the weight bracket and the tray that are aligned.
