OPERATING YOUR INDUCTION HOTPLATE OPERATING PROCEDURE INSERT THE POWER CORD INTO A SOCKET USING THE INDUCTION HOTPLATE The surface control is easily operated. Simply turn the unit ON and select the desired temperature or setting.
