How to prepare the espresso coffee 1 Unscrew the water tank cap by turning it anti-clockwise. 2Using the carafe supplied (fig. 1) pour water into the boiler (fig. 2) according to the amounts shown in the table on page 10. Do not exceed the amounts shown as this could cause the appliance to malfunction.
