IMPORTANT Before unscrewing the water tank cap check that there is no residual pressure in the boiler. To do this, turn the steam knob slowly so that the residual pressure is allowed to disperse. (fig. 7). Do not remove the water tank cap until the steam ceases to escape from the milk tube. To ensure perfect pre-washing, repeat this procedure several times. The machine is now ready for use.
