To change the time on your Garmin Vivoactive HR watch, follow these steps:
1. Press the button on the right side of the watch to turn on the display.
. From the watch face, press and hold the touchscreen.
3. Select the Settings icon (looks like a gear) on the screen.
4. Scroll down and select the Clock option.
5. Choose either Time or Alarms & Clocks, depending on your preference.
6. Adjust the time by tapping the arrows or dragging the screen to the correct time.
7. Once the time is set, select the back arrow to save the changes.
Your Garmin Vivoactive HR watch will now display the updated time.

To connect your Garmin Vivoactive HR to your phone, follow the steps below:
1. Install the Garmin Connect app: Download and install the Garmin Connect app from the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android) on your phone.
2. Turn on Bluetooth: Make sure Bluetooth is turned on both on your phone and Vivoactive HR. You can enable Bluetooth on your phone through the settings menu, and on your Vivoactive HR by navigating to Menu > Settings > Bluetooth > Enable.
3. Open the Garmin Connect app: Launch the Garmin Connect app on your phone and create a Garmin Connect account if you haven't already done so.
4. Pairing your devices:
a. On the Garmin Connect app, tap on the "More" tab located at the bottom-right corner of the screen.
b. Tap on "Garmin Devices" and select "Add Device."
c. Follow the on-screen instructions to select the device type (Vivoactive HR) and complete the pairing process.
5. Syncing your data: Once the devices are connected, you can sync your Vivoactive HR with the Garmin Connect app to transfer data such as activity tracking, sleep monitoring, and notifications. The synchronization will occur automatically when the app is open on your phone and Bluetooth is enabled.
Note: Ensure your Garmin Vivoactive HR is fully charged and sufficiently close to your phone during the pairing process for a smooth connection.
