Control and Functions of the Telephone To make phone operations easier and to avoid user confusion, many required functions are already programmed into the fixed function keys. Chapter 2 Installation and Basic Setup Instructions General Information This chapter provides instructions for installing the foot stand on the UIP300G, connecting the UIP300G to the LAN and sample setup instructions for setting up the telephone. Connecting the Telephone Before using the UIP300G, it is necessary to connect the handset to the telephone and to connect the telephone to the LAN network. 1.
