Common Problems and Solutions This section provides recommended solutions to common problems. If you have a problem that is not solved by the following, contact your local authorized Canon dealer. Solutions (1) Align the document guides to fit the documents as closely as possible, and place the documents so that they feed in straight. (2) Enable [Deskew] in the settings of the scanner driver.
