(6) Microphone Announcements [BA-806 and BA-823] Connect a microphone to the microphone input terminal located on the rear panel. Set the power switch to ON, and confirm that the power indicator lights. Adjust the microphone volume control. Making an announcement during tape play triggers an internal microphone-activated muting circuit, and the tape output volume automatically decreases by approximately 20dB.
