INITIAL ST INITIAL START ART-UP -UP Before proceeding with the initial start-up, make sure you have completed the start-up preparations from the previous section. Position the tie strap so it is fully extended, without stretching. Locate the 2 holes on the locking mecha- nism, marking them with a pen.
