Operation design Accessing the management functions To dial your personal mailbox, proceed as follows: 1. Dial the user group number or DDI number of your voice mail system. 2. Ensure that your telephone is sending DTMF dialling signals. If necessary you can activate the Transparent/DTMF mode by pressing and holding the * key or by pressing the Foxkey. 3.
