Introduction The EOS M is a high-performance, interchangeable-lens digital camera featuring a fine-detail CMOS sensor with approx. 18.0 effective megapixels, DIGIC 5, high-precision and high-speed 31-point AF, approx. 4.3 fps continuous shooting, and Full High-Definition (Full HD) movie shooting. Handling Precautions Camera Care This camera is a precision instrument. Do not drop it or subject it to physical shock. Do not point the camera-attached lens toward the sun. Handling Precautions LCD Monitor Although the LCD monitor is manufactured with very high precision technology with over 99.99% effective pixels, there may be a few dead pixels among the remaining 0.01% or less pixels. Dead pixels displaying only black or red, etc., are not a malfunction. They do not affect the images recorded. If the LCD monitor is left on for a prolonged period with the same screen displayed, screen burn-in may occur where you see remnants of what was displayed. However,
