Introduction to the Basic Encoder E5714 The satellite modulator within the E5714 supports QPSK modulation in accordance with EN 300 421 (DVB-S). It provides a main and monitoring IF Output. The IF frequency can be tuned between 50 MHz and 90 MHz.
