System Overview Introduction The ADT FOCUS 200 PLUS is a user-friendly security system that monitors your site’s detectors and alarms. Fully programmable, the FOCUS 200 PLUS allows you to control hundreds of critical security functions from one menu-driven interface as simple to use as the automated teller machine (ATM) at your local bank. Quick Start (cont’d) Responding to Alarms During an alarm, your system’s alarm annunciating devices (bell, siren, lights, and/or operating panel, depending on the optional devices you selected) will be activated. The operating panel and horns will sound an intermittent tone (with a 5-second pause every 10 seconds) to audibly annunciate a fire alarm and a steady tone to audibly annunciate a burglary alarm.
