About This Manual This manual describes the mechanical and electrical aspects of the DAQCard-1200 and contains information concerning its installation and operation. 2 Installation and Configuration This chapter describes how to install and software configure the DAQCard-1200. Installation There are two basic steps to installing the DAQCard-1200. 1. You must have Card & Socket Services 2.0 (or a later version) on your computer. 2. Insert the DAQCard-1200 and attach the I/O cable. Chapter 2 Installation and Configuration Analog Input Mode The DAQCard-1200 has three different input modes—referenced single-ended (RSE), non-referenced single-ended (NRSE), and differential (DIFF).
