VEHICLE ASSEMBLY VEHICLE ASSEMBLY Step 1 Installing the Rear and Front Wheels Place a common automobile jack under the rear axle. Using the automobile jack raise the rear axle off the ground approximately 12”. Slide one of the 22” rear wheels over the splined rear axle. Make sure the air stem valve is facing outward. Note the grooves in the rear wheel hub must match the grooves in the axle and wheel must “seat properly”. Assemble the large wash- er, smaller washer, axle nut and tighten the axle
