Quick Start SPEED The speed of the belt can be adjusted during a workout. Push the Up/Down arrows to increase or decrease the speed. Shut Off (Sleep Mode) If the belts are not moving and the Console does not receive input for one minute, it will automatically power down. NOTE: There is no On/Off switch on the Console. Add User A user profile lets you monitor workouts, earn trophies, and set up goals. It also lets you start your workouts quickly.
