2. SONAR OPERATION 2.1.2 Sector mode This mode is used for operating the sonar to scan in a sector area. The transducer location is in the middle of the sonar image display with the zero heading vertically down on the display. The user can adjust the scan sector size by selecting the desired sector size from the Sector combo box in the Vertical Sonar settings dialog box. Sector size can be from 0° to 360° in 10° increments. The user can move the mid-point of the sector to any angle in 10°
