About the SP-8848 1 1 1.1. General The SP-8848 is an application software program for operating the VG-848, and it is designed to run in a Windows environment. It enables the statuses of the VG-848 to be captured and its settings to be changed. It can also create data and execute the data which has been created. Operation 2 2 2.1. General The basic operations consist of starting up "VGBase," creating and editing data, sending the data to and receiving it from the VG, and storing the created data in the memory. The layout data used by "VGBase" is grouped together in sets, and the data, data numbers, codes, etc. sent to the VG are retained in the memory.
