PREFACE This manual describes the MAF3364FC, MAG3182FC and MAG3091FC (hereafter, MAG series) series 3.5-inch fixed disk drives with an embedded fibre-channel controller. This manual details the specifications and functions of the above disk drive, and gives the requirements and procedures for installing it into a host computer system. 1.1 Standard Features (1) Compactness The IDD has the FC-AL controller which supports the Arbitrated Loop (FC-AL) of the fibre channel modes defined by the ANSI standard, embedded in the 3.5-inch fixed disk drive form factor.
