When handling ink cartridges ❏ Do not open the ink cartridge packages until just before you install them. ❏ Do not shake used ink cartridges; this can cause leakage. ❏ Keep ink cartridges out of the reach of children. Chapter 2 2 Copying 2 Making Copies 2 See the sections below to make copies. 2 Loading the Paper 1. Lower the output tray and slide out the extension. 2 2. Move the feeder guard towards you. 2 3. While holding down its locking tab, slide the left edge guide so that the distance between the two edge guides is slightly wider than the width of your paper. 2 4. 6. Slide the left edge guide against the left edge of the paper. Make sure that the paper is loaded under the tabs inside the edge guides and set the feeder guard back.
