BASIC OPERATION RECEIVING A PHONE CALL When the phone rings, lift the handset to begin your conversation. You can adjust the volume of the caller’s voice by using the sending volume switch on the right side of the telephone. PLACING A PHONE CALL 1. Lift the handset and wait for a dial tone. 2.
