A modem is used when the PC is for PC situated at a remote location. An RS-232 cable is used when the communication PC is situated near the FastRAD at the customer site. When you use a PC at the customer site, you must use a 9-pin cable to connect the PC to the RS-232 port on the FastRAD. Thi

Note: You do not need to mount the FastRAD on the wall if it is only being used temporarily to program the KSU. The FastRAD can be mounted either horizontally or vertically.
