Limited warranty policy Northstar Technologies warrants the Northstar 961 to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of two (2) years. Check the shipping carton for any damage, and immediately report any damage to the carrier. Save all packing material in case you have to return the unit to the factory for repair or evaluation.
