First pull the wire that you have just connected along side the wire you connected to, tape and wire tie them together. Use this method for all connections. 4.Most vehicles use a (-) negative switch, but if your does not, you will need to test for a (+) positive door pin switch. 5.Connect your meter or test light's negative lead to a good solid chassis ground. Car Finder While the system is armed, press and release Button #3. The alarm will chirp 6 times and the parking lights will flash. This is used to locate your vehicle in a crowded parking lot.
