ASSEMBLY Front Bumper 2 Bushing Washer • Fit the front bumper onto the vehicle. ASSEMBLY E 8 Assembly Lock Nut FRONT VIEW 6 Tool • Insert six #8 x ¾ " screws into the front bumper and tighten. • Fit a ⅜ "-16 lock nut, rounded side out, onto the front axle. IMPORTANT! Tighten the lock nut firmly with the closed end of the assembly tool. • Test to be sure the front wheel moves freely on the front axle.
