To install the Synchronizer server: 1 Uninstall any previous versions of the Synchronizer server. For more information, see “Uninstalling Quality Center Synchronizer” on page 29. 2 Open your Web browser and type your HP Quality Center URL: http://[<:port number>]/qcbin.
