Connections & Setup ANTENNA/CABLE DIGITAL INPUT Get the Picture VIDEO IN VIDEO The first part of connecting your TV is to get a signal. Connections & Setup Connecting the Device This connection allows you to connect a device that has an S-Video jack, such as a DVD player. S-Video provides a clearer picture than the Video jack. Put Batteries in the Remote • Remove the battery compartment cover from the back of the remote by pushing down and sliding off the cover. • Insert 2 fresh “AA” batteries. Using the TV’s Features Parental Controls and V-Chip The choices in the USA V-CHIP menu involve software inside your TV (referred to as V-Chip) which allows you to block TV programs and movies based on violence, sex or other content you may believe children should not view.
