SETTING UP Connecting the speakers In order to enjoy the full benefits of Surround Sound it is necessary to connect two rear surround speakers and two front extension speakers. SETTING UP Connecting and turning on your new TV To conserve energy it is best to turn your TV off and not to leave it in Standby, unless the timer has been set. USING YOUR TV Widescreen viewing This set is capable of showing broadcasts in a number of formats. Depending on the type of broadcast being transmitted you may select between SUPER LIVE, CINEMA, SUBTITLE, 14:9, WIDE and 4:3.
