Doing this will open your mailbox and make it ready to use. Entering Your Mailbox Press Message OR Lift handset and Dial Xen Mail. You can easily redirect the call to the Xen Mail user’s voice mailbox, where they will hear the personal greeting and be prompted to leave a message. With an outside call in progress: Press Transfer.
