ASSEMBLY STEP 1 Assemble the Rail To avoid installation difficulties, do not run the garage door opener until instructed to do so. 1. Turn the opened rail carton upside down and empty its contents onto a level work surface. 2. Unfold the rails, taking care to avoid kinking the screw rod joint. 3.
