ASSEMBLY Tools Required: Torque Wrench or Adjustable Wrench, Leak Testing Solution and Phillips Head Screwdriver 1. Read assembly instructions, and understand sequence of assembly, before commencing to assemble your cooker. 2. The casting for your cooker must be installed into the unit as instructed below before use. The assembly of the casting is required to be done with the unit in an upside down position. After assembly the unit should be turned to an upright position for use. I

PLACEMENT INSTRUCTIONS 1. Appliance must be in open area with at least 10 feet of space on all sides. SPECIAL PRECAUTIONS FOR USING OUTDOOR COOKERS FOR DEEP FRYING 1. Always use a deep fry thermometer when frying and refer to the Instructions for Using a Thermometer, pages 14-15. 2. TURNING OFF AND STORING THE COOKER AFTER USE 1. After completion of cooking turn the regulator and cylinder valve to the “OFF” position. Depress igniter button on thermoelectric valve to relieve pressure in the gas train assembly. Check to make sure there is no flame and all valves are off.
